Sa Domu Rosada - Traditional Sardinian house with large panoramic terrace

Large and bright independent house of 110 m², recently renovated and furnished in a typical traditional Sardinian style. It consists of a large living room, two bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom, a service bathroom, a kitchen, a large panoramic upper terrace and a small terrace.
It is located in the center of Teulada in a quiet and peaceful area, but at the same time close to bars, restaurants, pizzerias, groceries, pharmacies, tobacconists.
A few kilometers away are the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia: Tuerredda, the dunes of Porto Pino, Chia, Cala Cipolla, Perdalonga, Capo Spartivento, Capo Malfatano, Piscinnì, the Is Zuddas caves and the state forest of Is Cannoneris.

Description of the rooms:

LIVING ROOM: the ideal space to relax after a day spent on the beach or on a boat. The environment is characterized by a wooden roof with exposed beams, typical Sardinian period furniture and handicrafts. Here you can eat on a large table for 4 people, relax on the sofa, watch TV or browse books and magazines that we put at your disposal.

DOUBLE BEDROOM: a romantic, spacious and comfortable bedroom with double bed, two bedside tables with abat-jour, large two-door wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror. The windows are equipped with shutters to allow those who like it to sleep without any disturbance from external lights. Here too the environment is characterized by the wooden roof with exposed beams and the furniture is antique. The room is equipped with air conditioning and bed linen is provided.

DOUBLE ROOM: a spacious and comfortable double room with two single beds, two bedside tables with abat-jour and a chest of drawers. The French window is equipped with blackout curtains. Here too the environment is characterized by the presence of particular wooden beams on the roof and on the wall. The room is equipped with air conditioning and bed linen is provided. The patio door leads to the terrace

TERRACE: it is equipped with a table, ideal for a dinner for two, a breakfast or to read a book. The awning guarantees shade and privacy.

PANORAMIC TERRACE: a spiral staircase leads to the panoramic terrace. Here there is a table for 4 people with a large umbrella: ideal for a dinner or an aperitif with a panoramic view of the Teulada hills.

KITCHEN: a large eat-in kitchen where you can cook and eat with comfort. Everything you need is at your disposal: fridge, oven, hob, microwave, sink, dishes.

BATHROOM: bathroom with shower, sink, mirror, toilet and bidet. Towels and a hairdryer are provided for guests.

SERVICE BATHROOM: bathroom with sink, mirror, toilet and bidet. In this environment there is the washing machine and the items needed to wash and hang the laundry.

A beach umbrella is at your disposal.
You can easily find parking under the house or in the street next to it 10 meters away.
