About this house rental
Apartment comprising entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living room is equipped with 1 sitting room which through a large window leads to a panoramic veranda with table and chairs from which you can admire the village and the mountains, the dining area with table and chairs and separated from the kitchenette by a granite peninsula with base with sink and gas stove, fridge, electric oven and wall units complete with all utensils connected via a glass door to a veranda with barbeque, drying rack etc. A xl double bedroom, wardrobe bedside tables, chest of drawers, chairs, and a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together, with bedside tables, wardrobe, an armchair and behind the door a bed cabinet for any needs. The complete bathroom with shower. The whole apartment is air conditioned. There is an iron, hairdryer, tablecloths, tea towels and sheets on request. The 2 washing machines are located on the ground floor in the laundry area.

Appartamento grande in zona tranquilla, vicino a splendide spiaggie. Buona accoglienza e disponibilità dei proprietari. Consigliato sia alle famiglie che a chi ama visitare le spiagge della zona

Appartement idéalement situé. Proche commerces du centre ville et restaurants.
L'appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel. Entièrement climatisé mais à utiliser avec parcimonie à la demande du propriétaire.

Abbiamo affittato la mansarda due settimane per tre persone.Devo dire che la casa è davvero spaziosa, con 2 camere da letto, un bel soggiorno e due bei balconcini, gli arredi in sono un po vintage, ma per passarci le vacanze mare secondo me vanno benissimo.
La casa non è vicinissima alle spiagge, bisogna sempre prendere la macchina ( come in tutta la sardegna, credo) e la zona, rispetto ad altre località sarde è un pò impervia, ma il mare ripaga di tutte le fatiche, in quella zona è divino!!!!
Per la nostra esperienza consigliamo sicuramente l'appartamento/mansarda.
Abbiamo passato una bella vacanza.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos 3 enfants chez Antonio et Rosalba qui sont très gentils et serviables.
La maison est fonctionnelle et bien entretenue.
Proche des magasins d'alimentation, pharmacie, banque etc ... Proche aussi du centre ville avec ses restaurants, ses bars.
Les premières plages sont à 10 mn en voiture. La ville de Teulada est dynamique et des animations sont proposées tous les soirs sur juillet et aout. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Merci encore à Antonio et Rosalba pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.
