The hosts gave great detailed instructions and was easy to find the property (which would have been tricky without). The location in Osaka was terrific, really close to many trains and shopping district. Location was quiet and reasonable to access. Out of all of our stays in Japan they had the most comfy bed and pillows. Value for money is excellent!
Whilst I understand that accommodation in Japan is 'snug', and this is not necessarily a complaint - just a reality - it was a struggle for the 4 of us to have our luggage in the house and use the kitchen to cook (very small and basic with one hotplate and sink in very close proximity - my caravan has more room) in our 10 day stay.

location - walking distance to two stations connected to different lines including airport line; nearby family mart, mega donki, supermarket, daiso; daikoku locker is also nearby!
host - it was very easy to contact the host who would always answer almost immediately about any concern
amenities, facilities - ac, shower pressure, hot water, washer/dryer, toilet were all great; there’s provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash
cleanliness - 10/10
it might be hard to open 4 check-in luggages at the same time but it’s to be expected in accommodations near the city center. we kept bumping into corners at the sink/vanity which was located near the mini kitchen and washer. but the living/dining area is a actually a bit bigger than i expected from the photos :)

The location was good. There are plenty convenience stores nearby. And it was closed to Metro and JR station. 24hr Donki store was very closed as well. The place was neat and facilities were good enough.
The place was small. There is no vacuum cleaner nor floor mop. We cannot clean floor during the stay. The tatami was quite smelly. We suspected they were not changed.
