Pleasent and totally recommended.

I like it quite well. The furniture was new as well as all the facilities. You can cook so much with the kitchen supplies provided which made it much comfy. The 3-floor maisonette is comfortable for one person but can be used for two. Even though it's not in the city center it's only 3 minutes from the metro station and 4 from a supermarket so main places are easily accessible.

The kitchen was too cold and underheated. The stairs we very narrow, more like a Dutch style, which is unconvinient and you should be very careful. The outside view of the building is unpleasant. The communication with the host is very difficult and he/she never replied to my messages.

L'emplacement et le voisinage, la proximité des centres d'intérêt, le métro très proche. Dans les équipements de la cuisine , le four , le lave linge, le frigo. Dans la chambre, le lit confortable . Salle de bain agréable.

Positionnement idéal, appartement neuf, tout est fonctionnel, propriétaire à l'écoute et disponible. Séjour de deux mois, je me sentais comme chez moi.

Il serait nécessaire d'indiquer que chaque pièce est sur un étage différent et que les escaliers sont abruptes. Il n'y a pas de rampe de sécurité dans les escaliers. Les toilettes situées au dernier étage (2ème) ne sont pas idéale lorsque la cuisine est au rez de chaussée. Très mauvais agencement de l'appartement. La TV ne fonctionne pas car la wifi ne fonctionne pas. Je ne suis restée qu'une nuit et cela passe mais pour du plus long terme je ne pense pas que je louerais ce logement.

Petit appart cosy et moderne pour un super prix !

Super hébergement, une cuisine, un salon et une chambre avec une sdb sympa pour un prix extra. Belle deco, on s’y sent bien, et bon guidage pour gérer la location par le propriétaire.

À savoir, c’est un Triplex avec des escaliers à petites marches.

Triplex fraîchement rénové dans une résidence dans son jus

Très propre, une vraie cuisine, une literie agréable. Le logement est fraichement rénové.

Des escaliers très raides, sans main courante. Les escaliers sont peints en noir, ce qui n'aide pas à distinguer les marches. L'entrée à la cour est très négligée avec un sol très irrégulier, et pour sortir il faut ouvrir le portail avec une clé, ce que je trouve compliqué si on veut ou doit sortir vite.

A minuit en rentrant impossible d'ouvrir la porte de la cour, nous avons joins la femme de ménage qui nous as dit qu'elle pouvait rien faire à cette heure, la proprietaire ne repondait pas après plusieurs tentatives de pousser de tourner et de joindre la proprio elle nous repond et en même temps,un jeune homme qui sortait nous as ouvert heureusement car je pense que nous ne serions jamais rentré Les escaliers sont dangereux à descendre dans la maison Manque des petites choses indispensables comme un torchon ou de l'essuie tout et manque de finition dans la maison
