Everything about the suit was excellent. The property is very clean and well-kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, it’s about 30min walk from Duomo, there’s a beautiful park and a good bar in the area. It also felt safe to stay there.

Very clean and had complimentary tea, coffee and water. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were amazing, let us check in early and made the room available for us at short notice. Super friendly and allowed us to stay a little longer than the check out time due to our flight being slightly later.

The room was comfortable, and - despite of the distance to the city center - the location has good public transportation and restaurants.
The room was not clean, the safe box did not work, and the concept of not having staff at the site and managing everything by phone or e-mail did not work. The first two days nobody showed up to clean the room; I sent a message and they never replied.
