The location was phenomenal. It’s a one minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We had a porch which was perfect for breakfast and evening relaxation. The staff was accommodating and easy to work with.
Biggest drawback was the AC. We were told that the AC couldn’t go below 72 degrees Fahrenheit or else it would freeze up due to humidity. 72 is not an optimal sleeping temperature in the middle of summer. Also, there were no laundry pods for sale on site. Bring your own if you plan to do laundry

The unit was super cute. Great location. Pools and outside activities were awesome. Very quiet and peaceful.
Back door and steps were a little sketchy for elderly. Seating area was slanted and no sod. A small deck from sliding doors would be greatly appreciated for guests.

The layout, the dedicated parking spot, two bathrooms, well organised kitchen, the provided beach gear, good sized closet, easy walk to the beach, great landscaping with rabbits everywhere. Very comfortable and relaxing.
Definitely needs a better patio area. Though the provided beach gear was very thoughtful and appropriate cabana service or large beach umbrella service was not particularly intuitive. TV service was a bit spotty and the positioning in the living room was a bit wonky.
