The location was phenomenal. It’s a one minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We had a porch which was perfect for breakfast and evening relaxation. The staff was accommodating and easy to work with.
Biggest drawback was the AC. We were told that the AC couldn’t go below 72 degrees Fahrenheit or else it would freeze up due to humidity. 72 is not an optimal sleeping temperature in the middle of summer. Also, there were no laundry pods for sale on site. Bring your own if you plan to do laundry

The unit was super cute. Great location. Pools and outside activities were awesome. Very quiet and peaceful.
Back door and steps were a little sketchy for elderly. Seating area was slanted and no sod. A small deck from sliding doors would be greatly appreciated for guests.

There were cochroaches and the half bathroom toilet did not work properly our entire stay. We notified the office of the bugs and toilet and maintenance came but did not resolve the issue. Stated they would return and never did. The management office's only response was we are very sorry that happened.
