When planning our trip to Poland, to Toruń, we were looking for an apartment to rent on the Internet. We came across many different websites on the internet, but the best and most interesting was the Rentoom website, which answered all our questions about the apartment we wanted to rent in an excellent and simple way. A lot of photos and descriptions and the location of the apartments were very well explained. The onboarding instructions we received by email were simple and understandable, and given in two languages, which was important to us since we came from Canada. The communication with Rentoom was excellent and all the questions we had were answered by simply calling the number that was sent to us by e-mail along with the instructions. The apartment was very clean and the bedding was super white and new. Duvets, pillows and towels were not missing anything in the apartment. As I mentioned earlier, if we lacked anything in the apartment, we were immediately delivered on an ongoing basis. We would like to thank the management of Rentoom and the lady who cleaned our apartment beautifully for the nice time spent in Toruń and we highly recommend Rentoom for tourists."
