Strange hair strands in the bed and tub. The alarm went off at 4 AM & I couldn't turn it off. Front desk refused 2 help 4 this privately owned unit. Owner's mgmt offered NOTHING for the disruption in my vacation and loss of sleep. I'm a redhead and my bf is bald w/ a white beard. Who's black hair is this?! Property owner never returned my call regarding 4 AM alarm after their "investigation. " Now, they don't answer the phone at all.
