MGM Signature-11-611 Strip View Jacuzzi Studio

What can I say... a perfect stay while visiting a trade show at Las Vegas Convention Center with work in February. The condo is located in tower 1 and on 11th floor and it looked exactly like the pictures. Tower 1 is perfect if you want to be as close as possible to the monorail and the MGM Grand hotel and a bit away from the buzz. The gym was perfect and so was the pool, which was open and heated and where beach towels were supplied. There is a small kiosk where you can buy snacks and also a Starbucks. Eataly in New York New York is perfect for breakfast and just on the opposite side of the Strip, with an easy walking bridge to get there. Or you can walk 5 minutes to Target, to buy something to eat, if you do not want to pay for eating in the hotels. The bed was large and soft and pillows very comfortable. The bathroom was also great. And the elevators, running super smoothly. I could not have stayed anywhere better, this was just perfect for me.

A coffee at Starbucks in Tower 1 cost around 10 USD, while Starbucks at Target 5 minutes walk away charged 5 USD.

Close to the strip but far enough away that it was a quiet property

When we entered the bathroom, it didn’t look like it had been cleaned very well. There were still balls of hair on the floor of the toilet room which was concerning because if they didn’t bother to clean the floors well (which seems like a basic cleaning job) did they really do the deeper cleaning things like the jacuzzi tub?
