Finest Apartments

Best location, very modern style apartment.

Our apartment (A) was a bit noisy at night time. Other apartments headed to the other side, so did not have the same problem.

The apartment itself is clean and has a Nespresso machine which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the seating in general was not sparse. I liked the small terrace.

The lack of front desk and steep staircase was not that great. Their luggage storage is down the street, about a 5 min walk on a very busy street, with luggage. They don't do early check-in at all which meant I had to wander around after a long red-eye.

Great location. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets near by. Unit was clean and easy to access with their digital key. Unit F (where we stayed) had access to a small outdoor space, shared with another unit. Full size cooktop and refrigerator was good for travellers who cook meals. Nice to have a washer dryer for laundry.

A couple of inconveniences to mention. There were limited supplies for our 5 night stay - specifically, for the coffee machine and laundry. The unit had a coffee machine that took Nespresso pods however we were only supplied with 4 pods, 2 sugars, and 2 creamers AND no there was no laundry detergent offered. Management indicated the coffee's were a "welcome package" and that detergent tended to be based on personal needs. In our experience, accommodations tend to supply sufficient coffee supplies (usually even more than needed) and detergent for their units - travellers can use supplies if desired. People do not travel with coffee supplies and detergent - we did not expect to purchase these given the cost for the accommodation. We used the kitchen to prepare many meals - the unit had limited kitchenware (utensils, plates, bowls) which meant we ran the dishwasher twice each day. Also, there was only a small black plastic cutting board at the time of our stay; we noticed small black flecks of plastic in our food when using the board so decided not to use. This last point was mentioned to management (they did not respond), so hopefully the cutting board has been replaced for others. We arrived during a holiday period (Ascension Day plus weekend), and just prior to arrival we were informed management would only be available by phone and would not respond to messages or calls through WhatsApp. Fortunately we had no issues with the digital key, however the limited communication options seemed unusual based on our stays elsewhere.

Location was excellent!

Bland, boring decor with cheap cooking and serving utensils. Felt very cold and corporate. Most importantly, there is an interior staircase running alongside the wall of both bedrooms with a window on the same wall. Curtains blocked the windows but didnt keep out noise or light very well.
