More than happy with the facilities and the location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The apartment is very clean and excellently decorated (in mine, and my partners, opinion ) which made us feel instantly "at home". The bathroom is absolutely fantastic.

My only comment is that the booking in, and booking out, times of 4pm and 10am are a tad late and early respectively. I do appreciate that the landlord needs time to clean and prep the accommodation between visits but on a short stay such as we had (one night) it does make it feel a tad "rushed". However this in no way detracts from the quality of the apartment and we were aware of this at the time of booking so it is merely an observation, not a criticism. One minor point which I presume is a fixable problem that the landlord may not even be aware of is that the hot water pressure to the bath was very low, but this was not a cause for any concern and didn't impact on our stay

A Luxury stay

As a return guest over the years this beautiful townhouse never dissapoints , it's tasteful, immaculate and very cosy and comfortable. The owners are very attentive and get straight back to you if you have a question. I would never book anywhere else in Carlisle as this place would be very hard to beat.

Perfect! A lovely flat with the guests comfort and enjoyment the priority.

The flat was in the perfect location for the event we were attending. It was spacious and beautifully decorated, with lots of lovely little touches. The host had thought of everything, especially the kitchen. It was great value for the four of us.

The parking situation was a little unclear but easily resolved once the host told us where the permit was! An additional toilet on the first floor would have been helpful but not essential.

Superb apartment in great Carlisle location

Beautiful apartment with great decor, e.g., thoughtful books and ornaments that made it feel less like a rental and more like a home. Big rooms, warm, comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was gorgeous too. We loved everything about this apartment. The location was also brilliant A quiet street only 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and train station.

Lovely apartment in a good spot.

This is a stunning Town House in a very pretty street that has been fitted out to a good high spec. It was in a good location relative to the City and the Hadrian's Wall Path. It was very good value for money in our opnion.

great clean property with English charm.

Didn’t look like anything from the outside but inside was very well done. rooms are on different levels and bathroom is a set of stairs up from one of the bedrooms. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Very nice property.

Nothing that I didn’t like except that the guy cleaning from the last guests was there when we arrived and was there way after checkin which was a bit awkward.

Gorgeous tastefully renovated townhouse

We had just finished our walk of Hadrian's wall and needed a good rest. This place more than fit the bill! Easy self check-in. Big and spacious, on 3 levels so more of a house than apartment. Beautiful decor and attention to detail throughout. The place was absolutely spotless! Washing machine and very well equipped kitchen, everything you could possibly need. Loads of books to choose from. A gorgeous bath. Big bedrooms, and comfy beds. Couldn't fault it at all. It was perfect - a home away from home!

Clean, spacious and well equipped. Nice touches to make it feel homely without clutter or fussiness. Nice plants, fresh flowers, pint of fresh milk in the fridge. White linen and towels were good quality. Residential area which was quiet and only a short walk into the center of Carlisle for bars, restaurants and cultural sights.

There was nothing I didn’t like. People booking this accommodation should note that it is a townhouse over the first second and third floor so there are stairs and it is on street parking, so if that doesn’t fit what you need/want, book elsewhere.

Nice modern house

The house was really nice, modern and stylish, comfy sitting room with big TV. Kitchen had everything you could want. Bedrooms were big and comfy, even had a little separate office room. Parking was available outside the property only for 2 hours 8am - 6pm. So was ok for your short one night stop. There was free parking all hours 1 minute walk at the rear of the property we would have used it if we had been there in the day. Looked like there was spaces when we were there.

The property is on the first and second floor so be aware you will need to walk up a set of stairs with your luggage.

A very spacious and beautifully decorated apartment. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Parking right outside the front door. It felt very homely and was Spotlessly clean too!

The layout , samsung tv, the bath, the towels, the bed very comfy.

Lack of essential items ...I have a Furnished holiday let and I provide things like milk, chargers and conditioner. Last time milk and biscuits were provided which helped me settle in before I headed out for dinner.

A very well presented spacious apartment, close to everything you need.

Very spacious with each room very well equipped, clean and decorated really nicely.

Not applicable, everything was good. As an advisory to future guests, the bathroom taps do work. You just need to give them a couple of extra turns. Also, Prime and Netflix were set to German but quickly set to English via the settings menu.
