Family room by Interlaken Parking

it's just a regular room with comfy beds.

you cannot get to the balcony..it's got protective fense so you use only room. the floor was dirty.

We chose this hotel because of its location (close to Interlaken - around 15 mins by car, close to Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen). The hotel is situtated very close to the lake in a very quiet and lovely area. All you hear is the train passing. The hotel room was basic however it was what we expected. It also had free parking which was important to us.

The hotel is not cheap for what it offers.

Excellent location. Plenty of room. No frills, as advertised, but very much met our needs as a base to do activities in Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, and Stechelberg. Very nice host. Excellent check-in at 2:30pm. Nice view of the lake. I must say that the staff were very responsive and helpful to in-person communication while checking in and digital communication otherwise. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area with a need for 3 or more people.

There was so much to like that I was only able to find one area for improvement. That was simply trimming the vegetation outside out room windows towards the road so the shutters would be unobstructed. However, it was not that big of a deal, just a suggested maintenance item.

Die Lage war sehr gut

Die Bettwäsche von einer Person hat gefählt, bei den einzelnen Betten hat das Lattenrost die ganze Nacht gezwickt also gerausche gemacht, wenn man sich im bett bewegte. Es war sehr laut im Gang, obwohl es schon 23:30 war. Nach den Bettwäsche haben wir gefragt aber als Antwort bekammen wir kein Personal.Gebucht haben wir für 5 personen kurztaxs war auch für 5 personen aber Bettwäsche für 4 Personen. Ich werde nie mehr dort hin gehen.
