Очень дружелюбный хозяин, в квартире множество мелочей которые дарят ощущение дома, чувствуется забота о гостях, приятно. Интерьер с необычными деталями-столовая мебель, например. Отличные матрасы, было очень комфортно спать. Есть настольные игры, книги, брошюры о достопримечательностях города и интересных местах. . Очень чисто! Здание новой постройки. Есть охрана. Отличная локация-в центре и одновременно тихая гавань)
