Expertly decorated, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath South Hampton condo is modern elegance at its finest! The living room is relaxed but refined with a large sectional sofa and has access to the balcony and an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean below! The dining area is spacious with seating for 6 at the table and 4 at the eat at bar. This condo features a fantastic updated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and upgraded cabinets. The master bedroom is classic and comfortable, decorated in soothing, serene colors, this space is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun and an even better place to wake up as you lounge in the king-sized bed!! The master bedroom has a huge ensuite with a double vanity and a massive walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is as spacious as it is enchanting, featuring 2 queen sized beds;, this room continues the same theme of beachy elegance the rest of the condo has. Across from the guest bedroom is the guest bath with a tub/shower combo. The unit also has a laundry closet with a full sized washer and dryer. This beautiful condo has a great balcony with plenty of seating that can be accessed from both bedrooms and the main living area!

This is our 3rd stay at Kingston Plantation in the past 3 years. It’s a great resort! The pools are all gray, the beach isn’t over crowded, to condos are nice. We love it there! 1201 South Hampton is in a great location in the building. It’s on the back corner so you can see the ocean and also the sunset from your balcony. The shower in the master is wonderful! It’s huge and has phenomenal water pressure. My only “complaint” would be that the kitchen was very sparsely stocked. It technically had the things you might need but it was all super cheap. Like the measuring cup was so flimsy that it couldn’t hold the weight of a cup of sugar. The spatulas were dollar tree quality. Those kind of things. And the floors were VERY sandy and not clean on the day we checked in. My husband did find a broom and swept them but that wasn’t a great thing. However the TVs were all smart TVs, so that’s a major plus! Overall we had another fantastic family vacation.
