NORTH HAMPTON 1105 3 BEDROOM 3 BATH OCEAN VIEW

Welcome to the North Hampton Tower at Kingston Plantation! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath ocean view condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Myrtle Beach! This newly remodeled condo comes with a King bed in the master bedroom, one queen in each of the additional bedrooms. The living area has a wonderful ocean view from the 60 foot balcony and a memory foam sleeper sofa. This unit comes equipped with a state of the art kitchen and large washer and dryer. The flooring throughout the condo has been updated with luxury vinal plank as well as new carpeting in the bedrooms.

North Hampton Tower has added security to the building, which requires a building key to enter. It also is the only building at Kingston Plantation with a private indoor pool and hot tub.
Beach access is a few short steps away from the building. To enhance your vacation experience, the following additional conveniences are available, at cost: Golf packages, golf cart rental, beach chairs and umbrellas. Just minutes from Downtown Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation is 145 acres of meticulously manicured grounds with 12 mile of secluded beaches, 24 hour gated security, pools, hot tubs, fishing lakes, reflection ponds and much more!
The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Our recent stay at your rental property was enjoyable. The environment was comfortable, secure, and clean. We were close enough to the beach, that we were not disturbed by chatter. I look forward to staying at this property in the future.

We had a great time kicking back and relaxing. The rental was immaculate and just as shown in the pictures posted on VRBO. The rental company was responsive and helpful. The only issue we had was the beds in the two queen size rooms were uncomfortable and could use an upgrade/replacement.
