Welcome to 1602 Royale Palms; this beautiful south facing, ocean front, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is THE place to spend your next beach vacation. This unit offers some fantastic home-like amenities! The expansive, well-appointed kitchen, has beautiful honey maple cabinets with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The laundry room off the kitchen has a full sized washer and dryer, so no need to pack heavy or take home lots of laundry! This unit also has 2 private balconies, spacious dining area that seats 6 at the bar-height table and a comfortable living room with 2 sofas. The master bedroom features an incredible oceanfront view, access to the main balcony, and a king sized bed. The newly remodeled master ensuite bathroom boasts a stylish glass shower and a separate tub. The guest bedroom has an ocean view, 2 queen beds and ample of space for all of your belongings. The updated guest bath is off the main hall. Privacy abounds in the third bedroom which has its own balcony, king bed, wet bar, mini fridge and microwave. This tranquil bedroom also has a newly remodeled ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
