Condo is in a good location with access to pool and playground if you have children. It is a short walk to the beach but some of the ramps/stairs have not been repaired since the hurricane. The condo could have been cleaner: dirty dishes in dishwasher, dirty blinds, previous renter's clothes on the floor, dirty light switches, receptacles not working, squeaky bed and bedroom doors which did not shut properly. Realty Company responded quickly to repair receptacles and burned out light bulbs.

We came to see the turtle nest and saw this place on vrbo and booked it. It was a lovely condo, beautiful, well stocked and all the amenities were great. Even though the tide came in about noon I still sat in my chair on the pier. And listened to my music and read my book. Very relaxing. Cool breeze. The restaurant driftwood lounge had great food!! We will be back for sure.

I already submitted an extensive review of this place and was told it was rejected because I "gave away the location." That made no sense because that was one of the positive aspects of the rental including its proximity to Driftwood Beach.

We were pleased with the accommodations. The renovations of Villa By the Sea are very nice and appealing. Our unit was very nice.
