Beautiful view, but very poor conditions and not comfortable for a stay.

The only positive aspect was the beautiful sea view from the apartment.

Unfortunately, there were many issues: no bed linen, no towels, no toilet paper, no trash bin. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the apartment was not cleaned properly. The toilet was very old and leaking. In the shower, the door sometimes did not open well. On the balcony, there were no chairs or seating, which was disappointing.

zeezicht vanop de eerste verdieping, super! gemakkelijke toegang tot het gebouw aan voor en achterzijde direct toegang tot de zeedijk of de winkelstraat

het was koud en het heeft even geduurd vooraleer het appartement warm was.

Agréable séjour dans un endroit parfait. A refaire.

La vue sur la mer est très agréable. L'appartement peint en blanc est très lumineux .La décoration épurée est relaxante. Le parking proposé avec la location. Les chaines TV satellites.

Il manque un porte-manteaux à l'entrée ce qui serait bien pratique et des crochets dans la salle de bains pour les serviettes. 2 chaises et une petite table sur la terrasse serait un plus. Evacuation des eaux usées à surveiller...

De rust doch alles goed bereikbaar, fantastisch uitzicht

Eigenlijk niet veel, alleen dampkap die zekeringen deed springen, dus mochten wij deze niet volledig sluiten om het licht te doven wat tijdens de nacht veel licht gaf.

Klein maar fijn :)

Het appartement is klein, maar zoals ook wordt omschreven, ideaal voor een mama alleen met haar kindje.

In de slaapkamer staat een stapelbed met onderaan ‘een dubbel bed’. Enkel is het zo dat de matras verder komt dan het bedframe, dus het hangt over en maakt dus dat je op dat deel van het bed scheef ligt. Niet ideaal. Wat ook een enorm minpunt is: de slaapbank in de living is goed, maar er zijn geen verduisterende gordijnen aanwezig. Dat zou ik toch wel aanpakken voor het comfort van de nachtrust :-)

Nieuwpoort is sowieso top maar studio kon zeker beter.

Dubbel bed in slaapkamer;matras te groot voor bed, gevaarlijk om uit het bed te stappen. Geen ruimte tussen kasten en matras.Moeilijke doorgang . Badkamer zeer klein. Geen enkel vuilbakje voorzien in heel de studio!

La vue, les équipements et consommables déjà présents sur place. Plutôt bonne propreté.

Les gens qui se baladent sur la digue sont presque dans notre salon, donc manque d'intimité. Équipements vétustes, matelas non adapté pour le lit. Isolation sonore insuffisante.

EEN SLAAPKAMER ZONDER VENSTER EN BEDLAKENS , tussen het bed een de kast amper 40 cm ,het bed staat aan 1 kant tegen de muur dus persoon 1 moet kruipen voor in het bed te geraken . Op de badkamer geen vuilbak , geen wc papier ,geen handdoeken , totaal niks . HET TOILET IS ZEER SLECHT GEPOETS . DE KEUKEN ALS JE EEN LADE OPEN TREKT LIGT HEEL VEEL VUIL IN , BV BROODKRUIMELS ,VET PLEKKEN Als je boven aan de deur van de kast wrijft heel veeeel stof ,IS NOOIT GEPOETS . DE LIVING IS GEWOON GEWEILD EN LAG NOG SUIKER AAN DE POT VAN DE ZETEL EN GEEN KLEIN BEETJE . De poetsvrouw of man hoort daar niet meer te zijn ,ze poetsen overvlakkig en wordt zeker bijna nergens stof geveegt , je moet zelfs je eigen vuilzak meenemen als je vertrekt , en dit voor de redelijke prijs voor de huur van het appartement . De sleutel ligt in de brieven bus DIE NIET OP SLOT IS , dus iedereen kan er aan en als je vertrekt moet je de sleutel gewoon terug leggen in de open brieven bus . Dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt , ik hoop dat Booking .com er iets mee doet met de huur van het appartement.
