Voldoende groot en alles is voorzien. De gastmensen leggen alles heel goed uit. Zalig om parking achter het appartement te hebben en je mort maar 300 a 400 m wandelen en je bent op het strand.
Het is in de zomer een heel ´warm´ appartement. De zonnewering helpt wel

Locatie, ideaal gelegen en toch rustig. Parkeerplaats is heel handig. Ruimte genoeg voor verblijf met gezin. Hele goeie communicatie met gastheer/vrouw

Zimmer wie beschrieben, ausreichend Platz.
Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es KEINE Terrasse sondern einen sehr GEFÄHRLICHEN Balkon im 5.OG. ca 1m hohes Geländer mit Öffnung unten 18 cm. Der CHECK IN war extrem kompliziert und wäre fast gescheitert. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind NICHT vorhanden. Wasser muss man erst im Keller anstellen. Es gibt keinen Backofen und keinen Wasserkocher. Im Kühlschrank war Schimmel und das BAD hat kein Fenster und Stockflecken an der Decke. Im Flur sind Risse und Kratzer in den Wänden. Alles in allem viel zu teuer für die Leistung.
