Pulizia, finiture moderne , spazio esterno
Divano letto non adatto a farci dormire una persona per più di una notte in quanto molto scomodo e disagevole, climatizzatore con perdite, lavandino della cucina difficile da utilizzare dato che allaga ovunque, inoltre letto matrimoniale molto scomodo in quanto si creavano dei punti avvallati.Cappa di aspirazione esteticamente molto bella ma a livello funzionale completamente inutile.Manutenzione generale quasi inesistente anche su piccole cose come interruttore incastrati per probabile incuria di precedenti inquilini o illuminazione specchiera bagno penzolante.
