The sleeping area features one double bedroom and a second room with a double sofa bed, offering a flexible solution for families or small groups. There are two full bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite, ensuring added convenience during your stay. The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room, providing comfort throughout the year.

The most popular beaches in the area, including Pittulongu, Porto Istana, and Porto Taverna, are approximately 10 km away and feature white sand and crystal-clear waters. An ideal base for easily moving between city and sea.

A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be blocked on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present).
The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing depends on the bank).
In case of damages or violations of house rules, part of the deposit may be retained.

ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CONTRACT
Online check-in is required after booking.
Data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
A tourist rental contract must be signed.

A door-to-door waste sorting system is in place.
