Location and good communication with property management
Cleaning needs to be improved, balkony very dirty. Very bad condition kitchen unit. Fridge - very extremely bad smell, and not clean. No kettle, and should be. Very bad condition washing machine. Broken hair dryer- but owner brings the new one when we asked. Bathroom- only one toilet paper for 18 nights, no shampoo and other toiletries.
