Clean and well managed. There is everything you need. Really nice balcony for the evenings (sun in the morning and therefore too hot in July). Well functioning aircon. The host went an extra mile to provide single sheets for the bed even as my request came late. Parking was possible at the street.

Location was perfect, it's in a local neighbourhood, and near to town. The local bar is very friendly and welcoming. The apartment has everything you need and sitting out on the balcolny was perfect for breakfast and chillling out. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, so it was a bonus to have a lift. Our contact Antonella was very helpful and there if you needed her.

The property was clean, well furnished and had all the facilities needed for a two week stay. Good sized balcony. Excellent communication with the agent. A few minutes walk from the old centre of Olbia and very close to transport links.
