Good location for short stays.

The location was good to access the city center. The kitchen corner in the apartment was tidy and well equipped.

The air conditioner wasn’t enough for the rooms because of the windows (old and let the heat through). There was a lot of dust and cobwebs. The shower cabin was leaking water, the bathroom sink had a clogged drain. The exterior walls are actually windows, which compromises the privacy.

Cold Ground-Floor Apartment with Large Display Windows

The location is generally good (the view of the trash bins is not counted, we were prepared). The kitchen is equipped, and some basic items were left for guests, including salt, sugar, tea, and olive oil.

The apartment is on the ground floor. During our stay, the kitchen/living area was not heated at all, and we had to stay there in outer clothing and shoes. The bedroom eventually became warm, but the main living space remained cold throughout. The apartment has large display windows covering most of the walls, which were not well insulated and did not provide privacy. Considering the very cold weather in Bergamo at the time (night temperatures around −3–4°C), this situation was clearly not suitable for winter conditions. There was also a strong mold smell in the apartment. The kitchen sink was leaking, the bathroom sink drained slowly, and the shower mixer did not switch properly to shower mode. There were also no remote controls for the televisions. We are very disappointed and do not recommend this place at all.

Small, stylish and a bit strange apartament in the centre of Bergamo

The apartament is small though very nicely designed, good taste and smart interior style solves many things. We have stayed two nights. I dont know Bergamo much, but think the apt. is in the convenient location, rather quiet. We had good sleep here. The instructions from the host were much detailed, but rather clear. Check in procedure is online.

You should keep curtains on the windows all the time, facing inner yard with thrash bins, so it is rather dark inside. Ant it needs electric kettle to heat water for tea of coffee (all other kitchen equipment is nice). And you get host's messages to Whatsapp, I should download it.

Avoid this place, health hazard!

The bed was comfortable, only reason why I'm not giving minimum rating

It's full of MOLD! This is a health hazard, my nose was hurting because of the fungi in the walls. When I returned home all my clothes were damp and smelly from the mold. It's everywhere! The apartment is an old cellar and is definitely not suited for hosting guests, unless you want to ruin your lungs. Besides, the room is super small and everything is broken. Missing lightbulbs, remote controls, shower button... Speaking of which, a skinny adult cannot fit in the shower cabin, it's more of a miniature size for children. See the pictures for proof, I opened a case with booking.com, this place shouldn't be allowed to welcome paying customers.

All in all good stay, the host was easy to communicate with. Noise is the only issue.

Perfect location, spatious flat with comfy bed, well equiped, nice host.

The sound inslutalion quite poor, you can hear everything next room. Big windows on the ground floor made the flat lack a bit of privacy.

Good position, bad aparment

Pro : - Location Cons: - Apartment is a old basement converted in a apartment. - there is a smell of mold if you don’t open the door to refresh the air. - No phone signal at all - The temperature inside was max 18*C even if the heating was turned to max on. - we also found spider webs - the upper window does not close fully - there is a light in the yard that will light your bedroom all night, because the courtin does not cover the entire window. The apartment is a old basment that was converted into living space. It is not mentioned that it is at the first floor and you have just a bit of natural light. The windows/door are very big and everyone can see inside and the only way to have privacy is to pull the courtins tht don’t always cover everything. !!!!! There is no phone signal in the apartment!!!! Only Wi-Fi. That was not working after we came from the City. We call the owner and she told as that the Wi-Fi router is in another apartment that she is renting and she need to call the other person to check it. And that we need to wait until they also return to their location to reset the router.

Travel on a budget, enjoy the snails

Location was great as there are a lot of nice restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. 10min walk to the city center and bus stops nearby. The host was friendly and communicated with us quickly.

The appartment is on ground floor. The large windows don’t really block any noise. There’s 2 apparments next to each other that are divided in a way i’ve never seen before. When your neighbour wakes up, you’ll wake up as well because of the noise. Bathroom was slightly untidy and the whole toilet seat was off it’s place. Bedroom window is only partially covered by a dark curtain, so the room is pretty bright. The bed was propably the worst thing. Cheap squeaky metal frame with a thin mattress. 0/10 experience sleep-wise. On the night of our departure, we saw a snail on the kitchen table. The appartment was pretty humid even tough we had the air-con on.

A marvellous stay in Bergamo. Definetely recommend it to anyone.

The flat is really gorgeous. It’s very stylish and comfy. The location is in the very central area of the city, 5 mins away from the funicular to the upper city, which is a must see in Bergamo. Lots of cafes in the surroundings and good shops. So you can get anywhere on foot. The apartment had everything you need for a good stay - the towels, dishes, cutlery, bed sheets, shower gel, and such little things as olive oil, sugar, salt and balsamic sauce;) The host Christina is lovely and very welcoming.

The only thing that caused some frustration was the leaking shower cabin. The thing is when the drain hole clogs, there is no way to clean it up without some special chemicals and the water can leak out of the shower cabin, as it’s not completely hermetic.

It was damp, with black mould growing on walls. There were 3 air fresheners in a very small space - uncomfortable to breathe. There was a kitchen, but didn’t seem to have utinsils.

dell'appartamento NIENTE! la posizione non è malvagia, ma c'è decisamente di molto meglio e anche di molto più vicino al centro con una differenza di costo più che accettabile.

TUTTO! Solo contatto telefonico con l'host (ho chiamato io). Porta ingresso di vetro trasparente (senza serramenti esterni, come le altre finestrone), con una sola mandata semplice di chiusura, la seconda inutilizzabile! Tenuto malino; il calorifero da aprire con tenaglia gentilmente lasciata in dotazione sul pavimento; bagno ricavato all'interno dello spazio in cui è piazzato il letto (dimensioni tipo letto alla francese); doccia: ti avvisano di tener le porte ben chiuse e quando la vedi, oltre alle ridotte dimensioni, capisci perché! Tutto vetrate, cucina senza nessun tipo di tenda e per il resto tende leggerissime tipo tnt appese a fili leggerissimi cadenti, passaggi stretti, dotazione cucina scarsa (tostapane privo delle griglie ed anche un po' arrugginito e dulcis in fundo, per più compagnie telefoniche, RETE CELLULARE NON DISPONIBILE!! Per averla si deve uscire in strada!!!

Location idéale si l'on veut visiter la ville, arrivée autonome

L'annonce indique que le logement possède un lave-linge, ce qui n'était pas le cas et est assez problématique lorsqu'on le choisit pour ça. L'annonce devrait être modifiée pour être complètement honnête sur les services proposés. Par ailleurs très compliqué de stationner dans les environs car le quartier est piéton. Forte odeur d'humidité dans le logement

No estaba limpio (cuando llegamos habia un babosa, habia polvo y nos salieron un par de arañas) La ducha era muy pequeña Está en la planta baja al lado de las basuras, tiene unas ventanas enormes que dan a fuera y te ve todo el mundo, es muy oscuro. Hace frío, no tienen más mantas y la calefacción no va muy bien.
