The apartment was very neat and well equipped! I could tell that the owner put extra care in looking after it and making it feel like home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything you would need during your stay and the balconies were the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay here and the apartment exceeded our expectations with how pretty it looked. As for the owner, she was very kind and it was easy to get in touch with her - she answered all of our questions and offered her support. Due to our flight being quite late she got us groceries beforehand, which was very thoughtful. At the end of our stay she even prepared a little farewell gift for us ❤️ If I ever come back to Chania I will absolutely book this apartment once again.

This was by far the best stay we’ve ever had! We’ve traveled all around Europe, but we have never felt so at home as we did here. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought the hosts put into every detail. The apartment was spotless — something that is very important to us, as my mum and I are quite sensitive about cleanliness. Everything felt fresh, well-kept, and prepared with love. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They had drinks and food waiting for us after our long journey, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. They checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, and we always felt genuinely cared for. Extra pillows, towels, utensils, and sheets were all provided, and it really felt like nothing was missing. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations — everything looked even better than in the pictures! There was plenty of space for the four of us, and we never once felt cramped. The layout was perfect for both relaxing and enjoying time together. On top of that, the balconies were absolutely gorgeous, giving us the perfect spot to enjoy the view and unwind. We honestly cannot recommend this apartment enough. It was comfortable, beautiful, and truly felt like home thanks to the wonderful hosts. Out of all our travels across Europe, this was the most memorable and enjoyable stay — absolutely outstanding in every way
