- very spacious house, we were six people (four adults and two kids) and it was great for our family - very clean - had a washing machine, we could wash our clothes every evening ; and plenty of space outside to dry the clothes - each bed room had air conditioning which was essential given the Cretan Summer heat - the kitchen was fairly well equipped with a toaster, ability to warm up food, fridge and freezer and dishes and cutlery - the hosts left us some water and fresh fruit on arrival, that was great when we arrived - there's a lovely garden , with great smells from the flowers and a nice table where you can eat breakfast outside - the nearest beach is at 30-minutes walk - this can be nice if you want to see the town, but can also be tiring (especially for the kids) when coming back after a day at the beach

- there was no coffee maker - we had to go to coffee shops around to buy coffee; while that was ok (some nice coffee shops in the neighbourhood, some of them quite fun and original - especially the one across the local church), I think that the hosts could make a small investment to buy a capsule based coffee maker to allow the guests to make fresh coffee in the morning - the WiFi was flaky and we had to restart the router at least once a day to make it work - the TV was kinda weird, it was plugged out at arrival and we had to plug it out every time to actually shut it down (good for the planet I guess, but weird) - the hosts didn't tell us about the free bus rides to the Chania City Center from the close-by park&ride - THIS IS AN IMPORTANT INFORMATION that we didn't know in the first few days (and that's not available information on the Chania Bus website either)

Everything was absolutely perfect! The house has a beautiful, cosy garden where my daughter loved running around and looking at all the lovely flowers and herbs, like fresh mint. The hosts were incredibly generous, providing us with free fruits, snacks, and water. On top of that, they were so understanding—our toddler accidentally dirtied a piece of fabric, and they were completely fine about it. We felt so welcome and totally recommend this wonderful host!

Dobra lokalizacja wypadowa. Było wszystko co potrzeba. Nawet apteczka. Czysto. Miłym gestem była woda, soki i owoce na powitanie.
