The apartment is very spacious and could comfortably accommodate a large group, especially by Japanese standards. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, shopping areas and several metro stations. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. The rooftop terrace is a real bonus: in good weather, you get a lovely view over Osaka’s rooftops. For clarity: there is only one bedroom (with 3 beds) and the common living room with sofa bed
Overall, it felt more like a student flat than a properly maintained rental unit for short stays..with little to no attention to detail. The beds were very uncomfortable, you could feel the mattress springs with every small movement. The floors, toilet and bathroom were clean, but the rest of the apartment needed way more attention. Simply moving a kitchen stool left grease on my hands. This made me feel uncomfortable using some parts of the apartment.

最上階で隣接する部屋が無く騒音などもないため静かに過ごせました。 とにかくリーズナブルな料金は満足度が高いです。
建物自体の湿気というか臭いは少し気になりました。
