We ate supper the night before our stay and brunch on the day after at Sugar & Rye. Both were excellent for food and service. Obviously, the location can't be beat as the rooms are above the restaurant!
It felt very much like being in New Orleans. The room wasn't huge. but it was clean and pretty. We'll definitely recommend to others. And having designated parking was a huge plus!

The property was so cute! Stayed only one night for a wedding but It was nice. It was terrible weather so didn’t get to enjoy as much as I wanted. The room was gorgeous and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on
Not all parking is on site which isn’t an issue normally. Lugging bags from the parking lot around the corner and up the stairs in the freezing cold rain wasn’t my favorite but it’s Galveston strand so it’s to be expected.

The room was extremely clean, esthetic, and comfortable. The shower and bed were amazingly great! The location is perfect, walking distance to the strand and other restaurants and shopping.
