Cosy stay
The appartment is good located at the historical center of the town and it is very clean. Daniele is very helpful and responsive. Always available when needed. I can recommend it for sure
Things to be improved: water was running weak and maybe more kitchen equippment would make it better. 2 more coffee cups and a sauce pan .

Great apartment
The apartment is really nice inside, has all necessary things - additional blankets, full kitchen equipment, even olive oil and complementary coffee. It is extremely comfortable location for people who want to visit lakes Como and La Garda, Gardaland, Verona because it's a 1 hour drive.
The bed is actually a couch and is not the most comfortable to sleep in for big people :)

Very good value and in a relatively convenient location. The apartment is well equipped and clean.
The toilet window is transparent facing out towards a path behind the building. Half the window is covered with plastic leaves for privacy but I’d suggest the host cover the other half as well as people can still see into the toilet from the path on the other side.

La posizione molto comoda, struttura piccola ma accogliente, tv funzionante, host cordiale e disponibile ogni richiesta, letto comodo, la cucina era completamente nuova
Sedie poco stabili, polvere dovuta a dei lavori vicino alla struttura,più che una critica è un consiglio, quello di fornire più capsule del caffè e magari qualche bottiglia d’acqua

Considerando il costo del soggiorno, non mi sarei aspettata tutto ciò
Arredo della zona giorno abbastanza nuovo, posizione centrale e comoda
La struttura ha un grave problema di umidità. L’odore è molto forte e resta addirittura impregnato ai vestiti. Purtroppo non è nemmeno possibile tenere aperte le finestre per far cambiare l’aria poiché l’appartamento si trova a piano terra con gli affacci su una corte interna comune dove, tra le altre cose, si stanno svolgendo dei lavori di restauro. Presenti un deumidificatore e numerose vaschette assorbi umidità sparse per la casa piene di acqua e con muffa al loro interno. Acqua calda scarsa e getto debolissimo (impossibile fare una doccia completa di shampoo). Sui ripiani della cucina ci sono pacchi di alimenti aperti e malandati a causa dell’umidità. Il cassetto del mobile bagno rischia di cadere quando viene aperto.
