La ubicación en un barrio muy tranquilo, cercano al ferry con fácil aparcamiento y al lado del paseo marítimo para ir caminando a los sitios de interés de la ciudad. Michael, muy amable nos entregó las llaves personalmente.
La cama principal era muy cómoda, pero el sofá-cama, puede resultar incómodo por su dureza, salvo para niños pequeños.

In pieno centro, posizione vicina al traghetto per Pico e strategica per raggiungere tutti i punti turisti dell'isola.
Parcheggio auto vicino e gratuito.
Per la colazione ci sono molte possibilità a meno di cinque minuti a piedi.
Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Condizionatore molto utile.
Proprietario gentile, disponibile e rapido nelle risposte.
Eravamo in famiglia con un bambino di 18 mesi e ci ha anche fornito il lettino.
Consigliatissimo!
La lavatrice non lavava bene e non funzionava a dovere la centrifuga.
Avviso il gestore che la porta della doccia a rischiato di cadere uscendo dalla sua sede, l'ho sistemata ma penso sia necessario un controllo.
Per il resto tutto ok!

Super location if you are using ferry eg. day trip to Pico. No need for taxi just walk for 2 minutes! A little more into centre /harbour (eg. Peter’s Bar) but again very easy on foot and along waterfront maybe 15-20 mins.
Not in control of property but worth noting in case a big factor in your booking: beach quoted as ‘2 minutes’ away is actually officially closed (according to tourist information and official site on Faial beaches). Nearest open beach is Porto Pim - very lovely in good weather but other side of city so maybe 25-30 mins walk. At time we stayed washing machine had also unfortunately broken - again not in property’s control but I’d like me you are bringing the washing from the holiday so far, is worth knowing! Property itself great - didn’t affect us but if you are tall worth noting other reviews.

Das kleine, wunderbar und liebevoll hergerichtete Häuschen liegt perfekt gelegen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Fährhafen. Der zeitlich frühere Check-in war ohne Probleme möglich und sehr unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war vollständig und sauber.
