30mins drive to Benidorm, or Calp (which we preferred) this location was perfect for our family of 14! Altea, 15mins away also has a lovely seafront with plenty of restaurants. 3 estate cars fitted easily into the garage with a automatic door for ease.
The villas size, 9 bedrooms, all decent sizes over 4 floors with kitchens on 3 floors gave plenty of food storage for our large familiy
The pool is fantastic. Good size and the kids loved it so much, they decided not to go to the beach one day and just enjoyed the pool. Perfect.
Brilliant for wheelchair access (a little hill to the front door which needs some effort) but inside, plenty of room with 2 ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor.
Some may think it would need an update but we found it very acceptable and authentically charming (is authentically a word?!!!)
An outdoor kitchen next to the pool was the central hub for us all.
Not a huge problem to most but some rooms don't have air con. Fans are provided though.
The pool area can become slippy. There are signs saying so, but I would suggest extra care needs to be taken
