We had a very good time. It was so familiar and comfortable.

Very nice little bed & breakfast. Everything was new and modern and had a very nice style . And the best : We could go to the cosy breakfast room on socks - we really felt like home :-). The house is located close to the center in a calm area.

We did not find a curtain or something to make it dark in the room for the night. But maybe we should just have asked how to do it. ;-)

Lovely host. Super B&B for a short stay. Great location.

Location was great - very easy walk to city centre. The area was quiet - so very restful. Breakfast on the sunny terrace was lovely.

No criticism really - the only slight inconvenience was the separate bathroom for the green room. En suite would have been preferable. But all very clean and well designed.

A lovely haven to rest and regroup

Pietro, the person present managing the bed and breakfast, was extremely nice and welcoming. He was very attentive to my needs and preferences, specifically for breakfast making sure that the fruits I prefered and the bread I liked were always available. The facilities were very clean and the decor modern. The bed was quite large and comfortable. For the work I was in Faenza to do, the location was perfect, and I felt secure coming back in the evenings no matter the hour. Lastly, the terrace area offered a lovely space to read and reflect over tea and cakes (homemade vegan pastries from Pietro's sister!). The price was a bit higher than some other options in the area, but honestly it was well worth it to have such peace of mind during my trip. I had a delightful stay and would defintely book here again :)

The price is a bit high in relation to other bed and breakfast options in the area. That being said, as I stated in what I liked, the accomodations are well worth the extra expense.

Ligging tov centrum Faenza. Rustig ligging van B&B zelf.

Ontbijt is conform Italiaanse begrippen, dus beperkt, maar dat weet je. Eigenaar spreekt (helaas) geen Engels maar is wel uiterst vriendelijk!

Séjour très agréable.

Lieu tranquille, chambre calme, locaux agréablement peints et décorés.. Très propre. Pietro a même adapté le petit déjeuner selon mes préférence. Et il est de bon conseil sur les restaurants et transports. Et il est prêt à vous aider.

L'escalier métallique, élégant mais un peu étroit et sans rampe. A déconseiller aux plus de 80 ans peu sportifs.

b&b carino in centro a Faenza, la struttura è nuova in stile minimalista, arredato con gusto e molto pulito.

purtroppo segnalo uno scarso isolamento acustico, si sentono nitide le voci di chi parla al piano di sotto alla reception in camera al piano superiore. la camera un pò piccola, senza tv, frigo, tavolo, c'è solo l essenziale, bagno minuscolo. l host è gentile ma non molto discreto e riservato al momento del check in.

Eigenaar is architect. Is te zien aan de kwaliteit van de inrichting.

Eigenaar heeft voor ons een super leuk en lekker restaurant met geweldige sfeer gereserveerd. Helemaal top. We konden onze fietsen veilig stalken in de garage. Prima verblijf. Ontbijt was okay maar sober.
