The unit was clean and bright! The view from the living room area and balcony was simply beautiful, watching the sunrise each morning is a must! The facility was quiet, clean, on the beach, close to restaurants in Pensacola Beach, easy access. Was on the second floor, elevator access is next to the car parking spot, couldn’t be better!
It’s difficult to write much about what I didn’t like. If I had to pick something I guess it would be the three levels of stairs within the house. But….it’s good for us to climb stairs so I’m not complaining. I’m used to hard surface floors, and the ease of cleaning them, so I would replace the carpet with a hard surface if the unit was mine. But the carpet was nice, clean, and it felt good under my feet. This are not complaints, just thoughts!

Location was great!
It was hard to tell from the photos but this unit is 3 levels and when you walk in the door you have to go either up or down. One person with us had ambulation difficulties. Fortunately it went okay, not great but okay. We could not stay here again due to all of the stairs.

I loved the fact that it was home away from home. We had everything we needed and the location was fantastic! Beautiful view from living room and master bedroom. We had no issues or complaints.
I didn't like that we had to be off the property by 10 am on check out date.

I want to say first of all the condo was amazing it was more than we ever imagined it was clean and everything we needed from pots to pans to cookware to cleaning supplies it was amazing I would recommend it to my family and my friends and I would definitely go back it had a beautiful view of the beach they was doing a little construction on the balconies but other than that we couldn't go outside to the balcony but other than that it was amazing it was very amazing and me and my family are really thinking about going back next year I wish they would have supplied us with beach chairs like six chairs to be shared every room and beach umbrellas but we had our own but it would have been more nice to have it there and something to pull it over to the beach with like a little wagon or something but other than that you can't complain it was marvelous I mean marvelous
