The room was very comfortable, in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. Cleaning was done daily if you wanted it, and the communication from the host was excellent. Having a lift in the building was really helpful.

It met all our expectations so there was little not to like.

La habitacion muy comoda y limpia. Asi mismo el baño. Facil para entrar, nos dejaron guardar el equipaje a la llegada y a la salida lo que fué de gran ayuda. Las encargadas del lugar muy amables, facil la comunicación. La ubicacion es cerca de la estacion de trenes y del centro de sorrento. Muy recomendado!

Llaria fue quien estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo de nosotros, muy amable estuvo siempre súper pendiente, las instalaciones están super bien, cómodas muy aseado todo y muy bien cuidado, volvería a hospedarme ahí sin duda.

Long walk from the station along a very busy road with narrow bumpy pavements. The sea view advertised was a tiny view between 2 buildings. The balcony overlooked the very busy and noisy street and was not a pleasant place to sit. The owner did not make an appearance. If we hadn't had Italian SIMs with unlimited data, we would not have been able to receive the complex access instructions. The shower flooded. The bathroom door didn't close. There was no cold water at the sink. The bidet shot water out horizontally across the floor. We had to make an appointment to show our documents and pay the city tax the morning after our arrival as no one turned up when we arrived.
