Alma Sorrento Suite

We had a very pleasant stay at Alma Sorrento Suite. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location made it easy to explore Sorrento and access transportation. Ilaria and Sonia were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, making the check-in process smooth and providing useful information when needed. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, hospitality, and location made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento.

From the moment we arrived, Ilaria made us feel incredibly welcome, helping us settle in and ensuring check-in was seamless. Throughout our stay, she went above and beyond with daily housekeeping and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed, modern bathroom, excellent air conditioning, a mini fridge, and a lovely balcony to relax on. The location was perfect—just a flat, straight 10-minute walk into the centre of Sorrento with no hills, making it ideal for exploring. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The combination of the fantastic accommodation, perfect location, and Ilaria’s exceptional hospitality made our trip unforgettable. We would highly recommend Alma Sorrento Suite and would happily stay here again.

Large room. Good room cleaning service from cooperative member of staff.

Long walk from the station along a very busy road with narrow bumpy pavements. The sea view advertised was a tiny view between 2 buildings. The balcony overlooked the very busy and noisy street and was not a pleasant place to sit. The owner did not make an appearance. If we hadn't had Italian SIMs with unlimited data, we would not have been able to receive the complex access instructions. The shower flooded. The bathroom door didn't close. There was no cold water at the sink. The bidet shot water out horizontally across the floor. We had to make an appointment to show our documents and pay the city tax the morning after our arrival as no one turned up when we arrived.
