Die große Ferienwohnung mit drei Schlafzimmer liegt direkt am Meer. Der Pkw kann am Haus abgestellt werden. Eine Badestelle an der Steilküste ist in wenigen Minuten unterhalb des Hauses gelegen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Am Fischereihafen gibt es mehrere Restaurants und einen großen Supermarkt. Die Entfernung beträgt ca. 1,5 km. In ca. 2 km gibt es einen schönen Sandstrand zum Baden. Bis zum Stadtzentrum von Kavala braucht man ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß.
Wir waren zu viert in der Ferienwohnung, haben aber auch auf Nachfrage nur ein Schlüsselset (Eingang und Zwischentür) erhalten. Da wir mitunter getrennt unterwegs waren, hat uns das gestört. Eine Toilette mit Dusche und Bad stellte auch mitunter ein "Engpass" dar.
