    Magnificent
    To say that the house is amazing it’s an understatement. I can’t even describe the attention to details, the decoration, taste and vibe that it has been created by the hostess Georgia. I have never stayed in such immaculately clean, well maintained and overall fabulous property. It was absolute pleasure to be there for a such unfortunately too short stay. Yanis has been there to help with all the inquires, info and incised of Kavala life. Both hosts were kind, friendly and we felt the warmth of the Greek hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you ! P.S. You do need a car or you might have to use a taxi which is cheap enough from Kavala city centre around €6-7.

    Exceptional
    We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Kavala! The apartment was extremely well equipped – we had fresh white towels and linens, hygiene products, an iron and ironing board, and even two hairdryers. Everything was spotless and very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly on both floors, which made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed preparing our own breakfast. There was also a shop very close by, which was super convenient. One thing to mention that isn't clearly shown in the photos on Booking: the downstairs bathroom has a shower, and the upstairs one has a bathtub – which was a very nice surprise! We were also pleasantly surprised by the lovely vintage decorative touches throughout the house. You can really tell that a lot of care and attention went into designing and decorating the space – it made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, offering us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants in the area. We truly loved our stay here and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

    Greatest booking experience I’ve had!
    Everything about this house was amazing. The rooms were squeaky clean, you could do surgery there without worrying. The rooms were big and they were well ventilated. The bathroom had everything you need - washing machine, shampoos and body washes, extra towels, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped and the hosts left little gifts in the kitchen and they were really tasty, also there was coffee there waiting for us. The hosts were one of the nicest people I have ever met. They were so helpful with everything - from things like finding a parking spots and giving recommendations for beaches and restaurants in the town. I was celebrating my birthday in Kavala and they even bought me a gift. Probably one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had and the price is more than worth it.

    Καταπληκτικοί οικοδεσπότες, φιλόξενοι, φιλικοί σε έκαναν να νοιώθεις σαν το σπίτι σου. Το σπίτι εκπληκτικά καθαρό, διακοσμημένο με γούστο και στολισμένο για Χριστουγεννιάτικη φιλοξενία. Ένας εξαιρετικός χώρος που οι φωτογραφίες σίγουρα το αδικούν. Αποχαιρετάς τη πόλη, αποχαιρετάς τους οικοδεσπότες και αισθάνεσαι ότι αποχαιρετάς φίλους που γνωρίζεις πολλά χρόνια. Για μας η συγκεκριμένη πόλη ταυτίστηκε με το σπίτι αυτό. Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να ξαναέρθουμε και να μη μείνουμε σε αυτό. Γεωργία και Γιάννη σας ευχαριστούμε για τη φιλοξενία σας και σας ευχόμαστε ένα υπέροχο 2026 που έρχεται σε λίγες ημέρες!!!

    Por decir algo, la electricidad se corta cuando te vas de casa, por lo que era complicado dejar una lavadora funcionando o el aire acondicionado puesto al mínimo para q la habitación estuviese fresca al regreso.

    Ev pırıl pırıldı, ev sahipleri inanılmaz misafirperverdi; her detayıyla ilgilenip tatilimizi harika hale getirdiler.
    Ev, sanki ilk kez bizim için hazırlanmış gibiydi; tertemiz ve mis gibi kokuyordu. Konfor açısından hiçbir eksiği yoktu. Ev sahipleri ise kelimenin tam anlamıyla harika! Misafirperverlikleri ve içten yaklaşımları sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Kavala’ya ilk gidişimizdi, bu yüzden bölgeye çok hâkim değildik. Ama sağ olsunlar, her konuda inanılmaz yardımcı oldular. En güzel kafe ve restoranlardan tutun da, hangi plajlara gitmemiz gerektiğine kadar detaylı bilgiler verdiler. Hatta ev sahibimiz, bizim için önceden restorana gidip yer bile ayırttı! Böyle bir ilgi ve incelik gerçekten çok nadir bulunur. Güler yüzleri, samimiyetleri ve verdikleri tüm destek için kendilerine sonsuz teşekkür ediyoruz. Hem ev hem de ev sahipleri sayesinde tatilimiz unutulmaz bir deneyime dönüştü. Kavala’ya tekrar gidersek, hiç düşünmeden yine burada kalırız!

    Hayatımda gördüğüm en temiz evdi. Kendimi çok temiz ve titiz sanıyordum ancak bu evden sonra fikrim değişti. Ben 9 isem bu ev 10dur. Güler yüzlü ev sahipleri vardı. Ulaşımı Arabımız ile karşıladık. Limanda açık otopark var ücret 3 Euro.
