Magnificent two-level apartment! We arrived late in the evening and got into the apartment using the door code, then used the key card. Modern renovation using very high quality materials, everything is done with great taste, everything for a comfortable stay. Very clean. On the ground floor there is a closed bedroom with a bathroom, a studio with kitchen, a table with chairs, a sofa, a large TV. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, an electric oven, an electric kettle, a coffee machine with coffee capsules,iron, all the necessary utensils, even a small electric grill. The apartment has very beautiful lighting!!! The second floor is a walk-through bedroom with a bathroom and a closed bedroom with a large balcony on which one could admire the old city and the fortress on the mountain, beautiful sunsets. Very comfortable mattresses and nice bed linen, modern furniture and air conditioning in every room. There was also a tastefully furnished sitting area on the second floor. The location of the apartments simply couldn’t be better: to the right of the entrance there is a magnificent coffee shop Smoky Cup, to the left around the corner there is a large supermarket (closed on Sundays) and a good tavern. Across the road is a free beach: clean, with clear, warm sea. There weren't many people. Kavala was a discovery for us - a small, cozy, beautiful town with very friendly people and a calm sea, we really liked it! Mrs. Aspasia, the owner of the apartment, is a very nice and helpful woman. She was always in touch, all our requests were satisfied, and Mrs. Aspasia always answered any of our questions regarding purchases in stores and other things. We are very grateful to her! We really liked it here and we will definitely come again! We highly recommend this place!

Ottima posizione per visitare la città. A pochi metri dal mare. Vicinanza parcheggio libero e supermercato Design curato . Non abbiamo incontrato direttamente l’host ma si è resa disponibile per tutto il tempo del soggiorno

purtroppo situato a piano terra su una strada a grosso scorrimento e rumoroso anche di notte. Davanti all’entrata - immaginiamo per motivi di sicurezza - c’è una telecamera con un sensore che scatta emettendo un fastidioso bip ognivolta che qualcuno si avvicini. A qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. Viene consegnato una sola tessera. Visto che può ospitare fino a sei persone, probabilmente ne servirebbe almeno un’altra. L’appartamento è arrredato con gusto e coerenza, si vede che è di recente ideazione. Però, è stretto e ci ha dato un senso di claustrofobia: non si può aprire la finestra che da sul soggiorno-cucina e in alcune ore del giorno neppure le tende - per avere un minimo di privacy - della grande finestra che da direttamente sulla strada. I bagni sono ciechi e uno dei due è piccolo. La cucina è attrezzata giusto per scaldare e fare colazione e non per cucinare.La cappa è inefficace e la condensa, cucinando, ricade sulle pentole e i piatti. Parliamo di pulizia. Ad una prima vista sembrava pulita ma pulire una casa non significa solo passare lo straccio e cambiare le lenzuola. La cucina presentava manate e unto sulle antine. Le supellettili non erano ben pulite.

Абсолютно сме възхитени и от дамата, собственичка на апартамента и от самото място. Препоръчвам на всички от цялото си сърце. Заслужава си цената. Близо до апартамента има всичко - центърът е близо, има супермаркет, кафета и ресторанти, където готвят много вкусно.

Herşey yeni ve konforludu.Ev sahibi içeceğimiz kahveye kadar düşünmüş ve bırakmış,aynı zamanda çamaşır ve bulaşık deterjanı bile:) Tabaklar ve bardaklar kendi evimdeki kadar zevkli ve yeniydi.
