The room was very spacious with king bed and a big Japanese style (on the floor) seating area. It also had a fully equipped kitchen, a table with 4 chairs, a nice bath room and separately a toilet. In the bath room there was also a washing/dryer machine. This is a very convenient room for a longer stay.
The hotel's location is in the historic Tsukiji fish market. This area is still a retail fish market during the day and the activity and noise start in the early hours of the morning. During the day the area is lively but at night becomes pretty deserted. Ginza is not far thou and if you are ready to walk 10 minutes there is a totally different atmosphere.

The staff was the best about this property. Very kind and helpful girls at the reception desk. The washing machine was great too, not something you find in every hotel.
There was no cleaning of the rooms at all. This meant that you had to take out your own garbage too. If you wanted to get your room cleaned you had to pay ¥7,000 which I found a bit outrageous for a service that would have been provided for free by a proper hotel at these prices.
