The room was very good. The location is perfect. Step outside the Tsukiji fish market. 10 minute walk to Ginza 6 and shopping area. Lots of restaurants around area . Staff are very friendly. On our last night there, I called Go Taxi, but unfortunately the taxi driver couldn't find the hotel. The front desk staff went above and beyond his duty and went around the block looking for the taxi driver
He found him and took us to the taxi. I am forever grateful to him as we were trying to get a taxi to head back to airport to catch flight. This was one of my last impressions of how wonderful the Japanese hospitality is. I would definitely stay here again and tell my friends to stay here if they want to be near the market and Ginza area. Having the washer/dryer in room is bonus too

The staff super friendly. Great location. Loved that it had washer/dryer in room. Next to Fish market and about 10 minute walk to Ginza 6. I just walked everywhere. Lots of restaurants nearby. It was perfect location for us on our last leg of Japan vacation. Next time I come back I would just book the larger room, that was my fault. They have the Refa hairdryers in room. Wonderful. I bought one to take back to Canada.
