The location was beautiful and designed lovely
In little places (window handles/door handles) outdoor were mouldy.

The property was in a beautiful location. The communication was excellent and when a small issue arose (kettle not working), a new kettle was delivered within hours. We enjoyed going to ‘The Boulevard’ family restaurant in Selsey and Chichester was close by for a brilliant day out.
The beds were very soft and some areas needed a better clean (e.g oven), pet hair on some carpets.

The view was beautiful and the house was clean, spacious and modern. Even in winter it was lovely and cosy watching the waves outside. Was lovely to have Christmas decorations in the house. Perfect family getaway! Would love to return in summer!
As it was very stormy weather the waves crashing on the sea wall did shake the house though the night.

Location was awesome, great in fine or stormy weather!
Great facilities! Enough separate areas for a group to share.
Main bed has seen better days.
One set of keys tricky, could have hooks for keys by the patio and rear doors.
Couldn't safely get to the beach at the end of the house and doubtful if it would be safe to swim there.
