Pleasant space, but not fit for purpose
Very well decorated inside, gorgeous rooms Fab communication from the property management people
The location was great, on a really noisy fairly busy street. Also I wouldn’t say it sleeps 10 comfortably - one of the double beds isn’t a double in my opinion and in a very tight space. More like a 9 bed which includes the two sofa beds

Disappointing number of beds - Not as many actual beds as listed, and only enough bedding to cover the actual beds. They
Not as many rooms as listed. We ended up with two people not having anywhere to sleep. Host assumes that everyone is couples and provides enough bedding for couples to share a duvet, when in fact we required the number of beds and bedding it said it had (but didn’t have or provide)

It was decent and we enjoyed the weekend, but a few tweaks especially around cleanliness would make it better.
It was a large enough property for about 9-10 people. It was relatively close to the city center and some grocery stores. The hot tub was a good bonus.
The cutlery was dirty, we didn’t have enough towels for the full weekend, no bathroom toiletries were provided were provided - hand wash, soap, etc.
