Grecotel Ilia Palms

The water slides are definitely the main attraction of the resort, especially if you are traveling with kids. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were truly excellent – polite, friendly, and always willing to help. These were the highlights of our stay. However, I believe the hotel needs renovation in several areas. There was no air conditioning at the reception or in the lobby, which leaves a negative first impression. The Wi-Fi was also very weak. I work in the hotel IT sector and I know that solutions exist; local lines are not an excuse, especially for a 4-star hotel (and even less for the Oasis which is 5-star). In addition, the baby cot provided was on the verge of breaking, and although the buffet offered variety, the food itself was not particularly tasty. Overall, we had a good time, but there are several areas that need improvement for the experience to be worthy not only of the hotel’s category but also of its cost.

Amazing infrastructure!! Many options, swimming pools and water slides for any taste. The food was great. The crew is very experienced. It is excellent choice. Download the app to view the daily activities. The building is realtive old but it really doesn't matter. The overall experience was great.

Rooms are clean, around there is a forest, births are singing, temperature is perfect, food is very deletious, kids loves aqua park. There is a suttle bus if you are lazy to walk. Even all tooms are full, still you can not feel croudy. Kids night party was interesting. So far i can not find anuthing to complain.

We stayed at the Ilia Palms building. The staff at the reception desk and in general were professionally polite. This is the only good thing that I can say. The room didn't worth a cost of 300 euros per day. The fridge was small and lacking of selves. The room had cockroaches and ants. We had to ask twice for a disinfection. Breakfast and dinner were served in the Oasis building and people from three different locations - buildings were mustering there every time The lines forming for breakfast and dinner were long. Also, the main restaurant was understaffed and we had to ask several times before we can get some water. Swarms of wasps were roaming freely in the place ( restaurant) and one had to fight them off from their plates. There were no countermeasures like fans or burning sticks as repellents. At the food buffet, thought food was plaintyful, it always had a flat taste. There is also a dressing code in place concerning dinner, that one can't show up in a swimsuit. I went there once wearing short pants and three times I was confronted by staff regarding my attire. I had to explain everytime that it wasn't a swimsuit but short pants. I have to clarify here that most of the guests were showing up in flip flops and beach wear, meaning t- shirts and shorts pants. Last but not least, the offered no room service. Once I tried to order a non alcoholic beer via telephone from the bar at the pool ( Ilia Palms) and after 20 minutes,when no one showed up, I called back and they told me they didn't bring one because they had non in stock, without informing me all this time. Last but not least, when I asked for an iron to freshen my shirt they told that this service isn't available ( on 5 star hotel), but they could do it for me with a charge.
