Grecotel LUXME Oasis

As a returning customer for many years, I can confidently say that Grecotel Olympia Oasis LUXXME never ceases to amaze. It is defined by an incredible service culture and outstanding human capital. ​While the General Manager deserves high praise for the flawless overall coordination of the resort, it was the hands-on, deeply engaged attitude of the Front Office Manager, Mr. Nikos Frangkogiannis, that truly made our experience unforgettable. He was always present on the floor, delivering on every request with genuine care. ​The entire team works in perfect harmony. By utilizing workers from the surrounding villages, the resort fosters an authentic, community-driven atmosphere that provides a true, heartwarming Greek hospitality climate. ​The culinary experience is another major highlight. Master Chef Mr. Panagiotis Stefanis makes an important contribution here; his curation transforms every meal into a gastronomic delight. Spending a week here allows you to fully enjoy the premium a la carte restaurant options, which offer an incredible array of tastes alongside exceptional views and top-tier service. ​The amenities are excellent, from the pristine beach to the thrilling Oasis Aqua Park. ​Highly recommended—full marks to the team!

If there is any room for improvement, a minor upgrade to some of the slightly outdated facilities and fixtures would perfectly align the physical property with the ultra-luxury, contemporary standards delivered by the staff.

Great facilities, especially for kids - aquapark, pools, beach. The Grecoclub kids club was wonderful, my kids loved Athina & her team and want to come back to the hotel largely thanks to their wonderful programming. The resort was almost sold out during our stay, but we never felt like it was to busy - plenty of space and peace!

Considering the price of the resort, I think the buffet could be better. The food is fine, but at this level it should be excellent. But I did appreciate that there's a lot of options, especially if you do all inclusive - ice cream & crepes bar, actual bar etc included.

A fantastic family venue with plenty of facilities. The beach is incredible. The water park is great for the whole family. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpfull

The kids beds were very uncomfortable.

The maintenance is bad!The facilities are old and sometimes dangerous for kids!There is rust in the slides in the aqua park!They have not even paint the swimming pools!Also the water toys for small children are broken for years!Not to mention they have not changed the wooden decks for years!
