Casa Tsao

La Casa es hermosa. Me encantó!.Ha sido refaccionada respetando lo autóctono y colonial. Está muy bien ubicada. En especial debo destacar la filosofía de vida de sus jóvenes y cálidos dueños. Están vinculados con indígenas de diversas partes de Colombia. Difunden la cultura de esos pueblos ancestrales... En La Casa Tsao hay innumerables piezas de artesanías realizadas en madera como tambien hermosos tapices. Viví momentos muy especiales compartiendo experiencias de vida. Si en tu viaje además de conocer nuevos lugares quieres conectarte con gente que respeta a las comunidades indígenas, te aseguro. que la pareja te brindarán su afecto y hospitalidad...Este es tu lugar para hospedarte. Puedes disfrutar además de 2 hermosas terrazas arregladas con muy buen gusto. El desayuno riquísimo....frutas variadas, panes, mermeladas caseras hechas en la casa, café, té o chocolate! Volvería!!

Sería bueno que hubiera luz en las mesitas al lado de la cama.

Les personnes qui y travaillent sont très chaleureux et serviable et le lieux est magnifique.

Location is good - some nice restaurants and bars around. Close to the museums.

The provided towels were old and tatty, and despite booking a twin room for two people, we were only given one and had to ask for a second. We barely used them as they smelled terrible. The beds were very poor - the plastic mattress protectors were very noisy, the fitted sheets constantly popped off, the top sheet was too small, and the ‘pillow’ was so thin it was functionally useless. The room smelled awful - the shower drain, toilet and bathroom sink smelled horrible, and the room also smelled damp, and we were forced to sleep with the small window into the courtyard open to get fresh air. The bathroom was poor - the shower curtain fell off constantly as it was resting on a ledge and not fixed to the wall, the water was either freezing or scalding hot and unable to be cooled to a bearable temperature. The shower head broke off and hit me in the head mid-shower; I was left quite relieved that I wasn’t electrocuted. The staff were hard to track down. We stayed for five nights and our toilet paper waste bin was not emptied once. The room was loud - little consideration for noise from people using the kitchen. One of the guests was playing the saxophone on the terrace above us, badly, while we were trying to rest. Construction on-site meant the hotel and our room smelled overwhelmingly like builders putty and/or paint. The wifi was abysmal - I had to hotspot my data to try and book buses and future accomodation as it was too unreliable to load through payment pages. I honestly felt like we were being pranked by a hidden camera show to see what we would tolerate before fleeing.
