House was well equipped with lots of play toys for the beach, chairs, bicycles, ect.. we had plenty of space. We enjoyed our week so much with family! Our only problem was with the internet. Someone had turned it off and we couldn’t find the modem to turn it back on, but the cable company came and helped us find the modem.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was spacious and exactly as listed. We had a few slow drains that had to be taken care of, but the management sent someone out right away the next day. However, the master bathroom shower water ran overly hot with no cold water option and they didn't fix that issue while we were there. The gentleman that came out and fixed the slow drains in the bathrooms and reported that the master shower would need a professional service to come and fix that, but nobody ever came. Thats was disappointing. Also, the HOA did not run the tram to the private beach this year so it was a little bit of.a hassle to have to have one of our family members be a designated drop of person and then ride a bike back and forth as there is no parking at either private beach. The house itself was beautiful and had alot of space for our 8 family members. We will come back again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We always enjoy this neighborhood and its proximity to the beach, pool & pickleball courts. The bikes were a pleasant surprise! We eill definitely stay here again.
