Nestled in the highly sought-after Destin Pointe neighborhood near the Destin Harbor, this spacious beach home offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. With accommodations for up to 12 guests, you and your family will have plenty of room to unwind. Enjoy access to the resort-style neighborhood pool, tennis courts, and the beautiful white sand beaches on Holiday Isle.
**Important Information - Please Read**
- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old (You cannot book on behalf of someone under 25 - No exceptions).
- Incidentals Hold: $700 (The hold is released at time of checkout).
- Mail & Deliveries: Do Not Ship Packages To The Property. Mail forwarding is in place. We cannot guarantee successful delivery to the home.
- Check-in: 4:30 PM CDT & Check-out: 9:00 AM CDT.
- Parking: 2 standard size vehicles (No overflow parking available).
- No Pets Allowed.
- Signed Rental Agreement Required: Failure to sign may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
- Amenity Starter Pack: Includes 5 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, and trash bags. This is designed to get you through the first night of your stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.
- Resort Amenities: Private beach access, tennis courts, large community pool, and community grills.

- Guest Suite: Queen size bed with private en-suite bathroom
- Bunk Room: Four twin size bunk beds
- Shared Bedroom: King bed and queen bed, ideal for guests who are comfortable sharing a room
- Bathroom: Jack and Jill bathroom accessible from both the bunk room and the shared bedroom
Ground Level
- Bonus Living Unit: Fully functional with a queen bed, full kitchenette, sofa, and small dining table for 2 people

Good Neighbor Policy:
This is a family-oriented neighborhood, not a party home. Any vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Complaints of excessive noise, disturbances, or violations of HOA rules will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits associated with your reservation.
Restrictions:
- No Pets or Animals Allowed.
- No Rental Golf Carts per neighborhood HOA.
- No Smoking: Strictly enforced, including on balconies and community grounds, clubhouse, pools, and beach area.
- No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms.
- No RVs, Trailers, Motorcycles, Watercraft, or Large Vans: Plan accordingly as overflow parking is not available.
- No Tents or Canopies on the Beach: Per City of Destin regulations.
