The "Kaiserhof 1.14" vacation rental is a one-room apartment located on the first floor of the "Kaiserhof" apartment building. The apartment offers a direct view of the sea (balcony). As the “little sister” to Apartment 69, Apartment 06 was completely renovated by its new owners in 2017–18 and furnished with high-quality furniture in the same style. Apartment No. 6 can be combined with Apartment 69. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people.

The apartment is equipped with a sleeper sofa (1.60 m x 2.00 m / mattress) that is every bit as comfortable as a “regular” bed. The living area features a fully equipped built-in kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a clothes dryer (for a fee, operable via an app). There is also a sauna, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.

The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
