The island’s center, with several restaurants, cafés, and other shopping options, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. The building has an elevator.
The apartment’s interior design emphasizes light and natural colors. The living/sleeping area is furnished with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The modern, bright kitchen is equipped with a four-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The balcony faces west and offers a side view of the sea. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a clothes dryer (for a fee, operable via app). There is also a sauna available, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.
