The apartment offers approximately 36 square meters of space for up to 2 people. It is well-suited for couples or solo travelers. The beach is only about 190 meters away. Several restaurants, cafés, and other shopping options are within a few minutes’ walk.

The allergy-friendly apartment was recently renovated and is nearly barrier-free—except for one step from the sidewalk to the front door. It is designed for two people, and children ages 7 and up are welcome. The living-kitchen area features a small dining nook, and the bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use (for a fee, if applicable), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Pets (dogs) are not allowed in this vacation rental.
