BLUEWATER VILLAS - THE INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB WILL BE CLOSED DECEMBER 1st DUE TO RENOVATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE PER HOA.
VALID PHOTO ID AND CREDIT CARD MUST BE PRESENTED AT CHECK IN, additional identification may be required.
Reservations made within 72 hours of arrival MUST check in at our office by 6pm!
Late arrivals must be approved and arranged at the time of booking.
This charming one bedroom 8th floor condo is CONVENIENTLY LOCATED approximately 20 blocks south of the downtown area of Myrtle Beach and 1.8 miles to the Myrtle Beach Airport. This unit will sleep 6, with two double beds in the bedroom and a large sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with everything you would need for dining in on those days when you just want to relax at the beach.
With an AMAZING OCEAN VIEW from the BALCONY of this beautiful condo, you can enjoy East Coast sunrises while sipping your morning coffee. Listen to the sound of seagulls singing as the ocean waves crash upon the beach below you. You may even spot a school of dolphins playing!!

CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.
IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. The property was clean and very easy on the eyes. The price fit my budget and it sat on the water. Perhaps this is common in the Carolina’s but new to me. Not one roll of toilet paper. When I left it was 2 rolls of toilet paper. The bed was not made up and it was a shock opening the door and walking into the bedroom. The unit I stayed in was missing a beach chair that was needed for the beach. The location was great the grocery store was close. The hiccups were fixable and did not interfere with my enjoyment. I had an end unit which did not have exit stairs. The elevator was close and I felt very secure. Overall inexpensive and a good stay. A big surprise on Saturday they had a parade.

Loved the beach view, the space, and the amenities! Would recommend putting a curtain in the window of the bedroom, as the light outside the door is very bright and kept us up at night even with the shades drawn. Other than that, would definitely stay again!

Pull out bed was gross. Had stains all over it. Definitely not a place to stay with a family of 5. They did give us new sheets for the bed but we went and bought a air mattress because we were not sleeping on it. Kinda sad when you pay that much money for a place to stay that you have to sleep on a air mattress. The location was ok for beach use. All in all I won’t be traveling to Myrtle beach again.
