Condo needs an upgrade, K-cup!!!, remotes didn't work on TV, dishes etc.etc.etc. It was a nice place for the boys for golf weekend, not sure the lady's would like it as much just needs some upgrades.

The base boards were gross and looked really bad, needs some fresh white paint. There was also areas around the place where paint was missing or repaired and not painted over. The unit had an odor of urine in the master bath. There were numerous stains on the beds, curtains, couches, carpet, etc. pretty gross. The location, pools, and beach were all great.
